Marriage Requirements

• The fees include a registration fee of $40.00, a Special License fee of $150.00 and a marriage office fee of $50.00 if the wedding is to be performed outside of the courthouse.
• Valid Passports as proof of citizenship.
• Proof of divorce or death certificates if applicable.
• Both parties must be over the age of 18 or written consent from parents is required.
• Two witnesses.

To be married in a church, couples will need to contact the desired authority to secure permission and may require pre-marital counseling.
