Get Married St Kitts & Nevis

To get married on St Kitts and Nevis the following documentation is required.

• To get married, couples should be on St. Kitts or Nevis for two full working (week) days before the wedding day.
• Valid passport or birth certificate
• Return ticket is required.
• Some citizens require Visa’s
• Divorce or death certificate if applicable
• Marriage License Fee:
• US $80 for a marriage license; if parties have been residing in the country for at least 15 days the cost is US $20
• If parties have never been married before an affidavit is required confirming single status and can be obtained from a Notary Public in the home country or on island for a cost of US$ 20.00 or EC$ 50.00
