Get Married St. Lucia

To get married in St. Lucia the following documentation is required:

• Waiting period: two days residency; two days for license
• Proof of divorce or death certificate where required.
• Birth certificate or passport.
• All foreign documents must be translated into English.
• If one of the party is under the age of 18, evidence of a consent of parents is required in the form of a sworn affidavit stamped by a Notary Public
• Application must be submitted through a local lawyer to the Attorney General for marriage license.
• Marriage License Fee: Approximately US$198
